October 2026 – Hill Country German Heritage
As we celebrate Hill Country German Heritage this October, we’re proud to partner with Brian Miller, founder and owner of Miller’s Meat Market & Smokehouse in Llano, Texas. A Texas business going strong for 41 years, Miller’s brings generations of Texas meat-making tradition to our table.
Working with Brian, we had the opportunity to learn the sausage-making process from start to finish and, of course, taste what he considers to be some of the best Bratwurst in Texas. Our Pork Schnitzel & Smoked Sausage also come from Miller's.
November - Texas Gulf, Field, & Ranch
December - Holiday Chef’s Table
Starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, we'll be offering all Texas Table dishes after 5pm daily. We’ll be sharing all of our Texas Table experiences with y’all on social! Check out October's Texas-German menu...
